Under Graduate Course

Eligibility for Admission to First Year Engineering (FE Admission) (www.dte.org.in)


Eligibility criteria for Maharashtra State Candidate and Outside Maharashtra State Candidate:

Candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed the HSC (Std.XII) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subjects English, Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational subject.

AND

Secured minimum 50 % marks (minimum 45 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only)in the subjects Physics,Mathematics and Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/Technical Vocational subject added together.

AND

Obtained a positive Composite score* i.e., marks obtained after adding 50% of JEE (Main)2014 (Paper 1) marks and 50% of normalized Standard XII (Board or Equivalent Examination) marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.


Direct Admission to Second Year Engineering

Note : The student belonging to B.Sc. stream shall only be considered after filling the seats in this category with students belonging to the Diploma stream and students belonging to B.Sc. stream are required to pass the subject of Engineering Graphics/Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the first year Engineering Programme along with the second year subject.


Post Graduate Course

M.E VLSI & Embedded System Design

B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics / Electronics and Telecommunication / Electronics and Communication / Computer Engineering / IT and any equivalent branch as per the AICTE.

M.E Computer Engineering

B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Engineering / Computer Science & Engineering / Computer Technology/Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics and Telecommunication /Electrical recognized by AICTE.

M.E Thermal Engineering

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical /Production/Automobile/Metallurgical/Aeronautical/Mechatronics/Marine Engg. /Manufacturing equivalent branch as per the AICTE.


Diploma Course

Candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed the SSC (Std.X) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with minimum 35% marks aggregate with and in subjects Mathematics, General Science and English.
